Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Iron City Media.

3. Third-Party Content

This Site may include content, links, or references to third-party websites, services, or products. Iron City Media is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.

4. No Warranty

This Site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron City Media shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use this Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Changes to Terms

Iron City Media reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Portfolio Content Disclaimer

Certain portfolio items displayed on this Site depict work produced by David Dobson in the course of his prior employment with ConnectiveRx, VIQTORY, and Net Health (collectively, the “Former Employers”), as well as work produced by Iron City Media for current and former clients (collectively, the “Portfolio Subjects”).

All such materials are presented solely for the limited purpose of demonstrating the scope and quality of professional work and capabilities (“Portfolio Use”). The inclusion of any Portfolio Subject’s name, logo, trademark, trade dress, or other brand element on this Site:

• does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, any endorsement, sponsorship, or approval of Iron City Media by any Portfolio Subject, whether past, present, or implied; and
• does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, any endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by Iron City Media of any Portfolio Subject, whether past, present, or implied.

Iron City Media has never been engaged, retained, or contracted as a vendor, supplier, or service provider to the Former Employers. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property appearing in portfolio materials are and shall remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. No rights or licenses, express or implied, are granted by their inclusion herein.

9. Content Removal Requests

If you are the owner or authorized representative of any intellectual property featured in the portfolio materials on this Site and you believe its inclusion is unauthorized, misrepresents your brand, or otherwise infringes upon your rights, you may submit a written request for removal.

Requests must be sent to legal@ironcitymedia.com and include:

1. Your full name and contact information.
2. Identification of the specific material you believe should be removed (including a direct link to the page).
3. A statement describing your ownership or authority over the material.
4. A brief explanation of why you believe the material should be removed.

Upon receipt of a complete request, Iron City Media will review the submission in good faith and, if appropriate, remove or modify the material within a reasonable time.

10. Termination of Access

Iron City Media reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, for conduct that Iron City Media believes violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise unlawful or detrimental to the Site or its operation.

11. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Iron City Media regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
